Instructions

  1. Pat 1.5 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
