These Easy Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Bites are a quick, no-bake snack made with just 5 ingredients. They taste like a PB&J sandwich but are packed with protein and healthy fats to keep you full until dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240g) creamy natural peanut butter
  • 1½ cups (135g) rolled oats
  • ½ cup (50g) vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • ¼ cup (60ml) honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup (80g) jam or jelly (raspberry, strawberry, or grape)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1½ cups rolled oats and ½ cup protein powder. Stir until evenly distributed.
  2. Add 1 cup peanut butter, ¼ cup honey (or maple syrup), and ¼ cup jam. Do not stir yet.
  3. Fold everything together with a spatula or wooden spoon until no dry spots remain and the jam is swirled through evenly. The mixture should be thick, slightly sticky, and hold together when pressed.
  4. Optional: Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  5. Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll between your palms to form a smooth ball. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate. Repeat until all mixture is used (about 18-20 bites).
  6. Refrigerate the bites for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container for storage.

Notes

If the mixture is too dry, add another tablespoon of peanut butter or honey. If too wet, add another tablespoon of oats. Wet your hands with cold water to prevent sticking while rolling. These freeze beautifully for up to 3 months.
