These Easy Turkey Ranch Pinwheel Lunchbox Wraps are a quick, kid-approved lunch idea made with a creamy ranch spread, deli turkey, and cheese rolled in tortillas. Perfect for make-ahead meal prep, they hold up beautifully and taste even better the next day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-sized, about 10 inches)
  • 8 slices deli turkey
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves (optional)
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and milk. Beat with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula. The mixture should be spreadable but not runny. If too thick, add another splash of milk; if too thin, refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  2. Lay tortillas flat on a clean work surface. If stiff, warm in the microwave for 10 seconds to make them pliable.
  3. Using a rubber spatula, spread an even layer of the ranch cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Layer two slices of turkey on each tortilla, overlapping slightly, then add one slice of cheese. If using spinach or shredded carrots, sprinkle evenly over the cheese.
  4. Starting at one edge, roll the tortilla tightly but gently, keeping the filling tucked in. Place seam side down. Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate the wrapped rolls for at least 30 minutes to firm up the cream cheese.
  6. Unwrap the chilled rolls and place on a cutting board. Using a sharp serrated knife, slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels using a gentle sawing motion. You should get about 8-10 pinwheels per tortilla.

Notes

For best results, use softened cream cheese to avoid lumps. Chill the rolls for at least 30 minutes before slicing to ensure clean cuts. These pinwheels taste better the next day and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. They also freeze well for up to 2 months.
